S&S Barbell is the first and only 24 hour dedicated strength gym in NYC. You won’t find balance balls or elevation masks in our gym because they simply don’t work. We focus on fundamentals, biomechanics and basic principles like daily undulating periodization, repeated bout effect, time under tension, velocity based training, and others.
