How it works:
After you place your order an S&S coach will reach out to you to book a time for our assessments that fits your schedule. This can be done via video call or in-person. After that, your coach will help book the in-person session at S&S Williamsburg. No membership is required, although participation in our on-ramp is recommended (this can be done before or after our exercise history and goals assessment).
