We are proud to announce that we will be hosting an Andre Malanichev lifting seminar here at the facility in Williamsburg! If you aren’t familiar with his work, here are just a few of his accomplishments:

 

  • 5x Cup of Titans Champion
  • Biggest all time raw w/wraps squat 1,069 lbs
  • Biggest all time Powerlifting total 2,513 lbs
  • Has set over 20 Powerlifting World Records

 

The seminar will be limited to the first 30 people. The Seminar/Theory portion will be from around 11AM until 12:30pm, then Q/A will be from 12:45 till 1:30pm. To finish the event, there will be the practical portion until 3pm (With a possible “light” Andrey squat in person). The practical portion will go over the main powerlifts, and hands on mechanical analysis.

Again this is first come and first serve! We hope to hear from interested individuals as soon as possible.
